RETURN POLICY
AutoandArt.com provides a 1 year limited warranty of all products. Always contact us by email before sending anything back. Our excellent customer service is based on prompt, clear communication with our customers. Understanding your reasons for returning an item we can better resolve your issue. You may be required to send us a picture of the issue to help determine a solution. Always test fit parts and use the correct tools to avoid damaging item. Please acknowledge the following guidelines for returns:
Unwanted items: You may return items within 90 days of receipt of goods, as long as the item and packaging are in their original condition. See Return Shipping Requirements for information on sending your package back. A 10% restocking fee will apply.
Items damaged in shipping: It is rare for an item to get damaged, because we send orders out that are professionally packaged in sturdy packing materials. However, if your item does arrive damaged, please be sure to notify the shipper of the damage. Keep all packaging & merchandise. If the damage was not apparent until you opened the package, contact us immediately (within 48 hours) so that we can take the necessary steps to file the claims and resolve the issue.
Return Shipping Requirements:- Place each item to be returned back in its original item box, with original or adequate packing materials (bubble wrap, foam wrap, peanuts, paper).
- Place the item boxes in a separate shipping box. DO NOT USE THE ITEM BOX AS THE SHIPPING BOX. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RE-STOCK THE ITEM, AND YOUR REFUND WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. You may re-use our shipping box, or a replacement.
- Use appropriate packing material to secure your items in the shipping box.
- We recommend you use a shipper with insurance and tracking options to return your item. We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
